As an independent, self-employed therapist, I value my work and time. Please consider the policy wording below when booking an appointment. Thank you.
Cancellation Policy Wording
* Please note, full payment will be
required at the time of booking otherwise your appointment may not be confirmed.
* If you cancel your appointment with
over 48 hours notice, full payment will be refunded.
* If you need to cancel your
appointment within 48 hours, 50% of your payment will be withheld and the other
50% will be refunded.
* In the event of non-attendance or
notice of cancellation with 24 hours or less, full payment will be non-refundable

If
for any reason your appointment has not been paid for in advance (such as a
last minute booking) and in the event of non-attendance, a flat rate fee of £20
will be required at your discretion to cover travel, time and room rent.
